SwiftStore currently ships orders across Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via SMS, email, or phone (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their delivery policy. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate before placing your order. SwiftStore is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable) so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors such as severe weather, public holidays, transportation issues, or courier service disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
